Vic Morrow (born Victor Morozoff; February 14, 1929 – July 23, 1982) was an American actor. He gained prominence for his role as Sergeant Chip Saunders in the TV series Combat! (1962–1967), a role that helped define his career and cemented his image as a tough, cynical character actor.
